What We’re Looking For
A strong desire to write software and continuously improve your skills
Ability to learn independently and make sense of complex codebases
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, debugging)
Excellent English communication skills —both written and verbal
Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team environment
Bonus Skills
Experience with C#, C++, SQL Server, .NET Core, REST APIs , or legacy systems like VB6, Delphi, or Java
Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT
