McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time Marketing Intern in Hunt Valley located at 24 Schilling Rd, Hunt Valley, MD. This is a 10-week internship (June 2026 - August 2026) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range: $20 - $22

Marketing at McCormick & Co., Inc. is more than just creating advertisements. We are a North America Flavor marketing team with P&L responsibility for product lines that include spices & herbs, seasonings and sweet & savory flavors. We are a team that develops deep connections with our customers and their consumers. As an intern, you'll get exposure to business-critical projects while working with cross-functional team members in Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and even Culinary Chefs. A successful candidate will be willing to have a natural curiosity to identify underleveraged opportunities to drive positive business results with the ability to engage and influence a diverse group of thinkers.

Key Responsibilities - Lead in the growth of the McCormick Flavor Solutions portfolio via our Food Business Unit:

  • Identifying areas of opportunities for growth through business analytics
  • Partnering with internal and external consumer and market insight teams to support the development of trend presentations
  • Working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional partners to complete segment specific analysis
  • Partnering with Marketing Excellence and Product Managers to develop marketing collateral support
  • Partnering with Agency Partner to understand growth opportunities for paid search & SEO
  • Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program with degree completion between December 2026 - June 2027
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems
  • Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
