We are seeking an experienced Senior Immigration Attorney to join our Orlando, FL office. *Key Responsibilities:*

· Represent clients in immigration court hearings, removal defense cases, and USCIS interviews.

· Prepare petitions, waivers, and applications for clients across a range of immigration matters.

· Meet with clients to provide legal advice, develop case strategies, and ensure strong communication.

· Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

· Stay current with immigration law and policy changes.

*Qualifications:*

· Juris Doctor (JD) and active Bar admission in any U.S. state (required).

· Minimum 2 years of experience practicing immigration law (courtroom experience required).

· Prior experience supervising legal staff or paralegals preferred.

· Strong advocacy, communication, and writing skills.

· Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
