Your RoleAs a key member of our Patient Care Services team, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager to lead and inspire our staff while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. In the absence of the Nurse Manager, you will take charge of patient care activities, unit operations, and staff functions. Your contributions will help us achieve our goal of being a Patient-Centered Medical Home .
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role requires prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to lift and move patients of varying weights.
Working ConditionsThis position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule, providing a balanced work-life environment.
