(Must have reliable transportation to commute between two client locations and a stable home internet connection for occasional WFH days.)

Pay Rate:

$25/hour

Start Date Duration:

2–3 weeks (Immediate start once compliance clears)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team onsite in Chambersburg, PA. This position combines full-cycle recruiting responsibilities with administrative support for compliance and onboarding processes. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring all documentation and appointments are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting:

  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates using ATS and other tools.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
  • Build strong candidate & client relationships and promote a positive experience.
  • Provide recruiting reports and maintain accurate records.

Administrative & Compliance Support:

  • Schedule and manage I-9 appointments.
  • Ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain candidate records and update tracking systems.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding onboarding and required documents.
  • Work independently onsite while staying connected virtually via Microsoft Teams.

What You’ll Need

  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Bullhorn experience preferred .
  • Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable transportation to commute between two client locations.
  • Stable home internet connection for occasional remote work.
