Associates at this firm work on affordable housing and community development transactions - though the firm will consider someone with that background, commercial real estate, or strong financing transactions and be open to retooling. Ideal candidates will be 2-6th year coming from a large firm or reputable boutique and interested in community-oriented work.
This firm is known for their commitment to work/life balance and a family-oriented environment. The billable target is 1600 hours annually and the firm has a flexible in-office requirement.
Salary expected to be between 150k-185k depending on applicable experience/how much retooling and training someone will need.
