Opportunity Overview Quality Assurance Tester position located in Juno Beach, FL. Other two locations available: Plantation, FL 33317 and Coral Gables, FL 33134. This is a 1 year contract assignment (W-2). You will report to the onsite Manager. You will be expected to have experience with application testing process for internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing. You will contribute to a variety of projects aimed at driving improvements. Your projects will range in scope and complexity, necessitating expertise in diverse testing functions, including test development and project management. You will become a subject matter expert in your assigned process, helping you support the operations and testing teams. Your Day-to-Day Responsible for the application testing process for internal and external applications. This includes end-to-end user acceptance testing. Write test scripts, report defects thoroughly, and retest. Collaborate with IT and other departments to solve real-time technical issues and conduct root cause analysis. Build working understanding of the technical solution being delivered. Work with projects that range in scope and complexity. Use your expertise in diverse testing functions, including test development and project management. Work with other team members to help support the operations and testing teams. Your efforts will ensure that we deliver seamless experiences for our client’s customers. Who You Are Must have at least a high school diploma. 3 years' experience required. SAP knowledge but not required. Exposure to Agile program development methodology. Must have problem-solving skills. Experience working with other team members.
