Are you passionate about fitness and helping others transform their lives? BridgeFit Personal Training is a fast-growing gym in Overland Park, specializing in coaching adults 40+. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach (Part-Time to Full-Time) to join our team, make a real difference, and grow with us.
What You’ll Do:

• Coach small group and 1-on-1 personal training sessions for adults 40+
• Build relationships with members and support their long-term success
• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging training environment
• Track progress, celebrate wins, and deliver an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with other coaches and contribute to a strong team culture

What We’re Looking For:

• A certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar)
• CPR/AED certified
• Energetic, friendly, and passionate about helping others succeed
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• A coach who thrives in a supportive, team-first environment
• Bonus: experience working with adults 40+ or in group training settings
