Base pay range $91,000.00/yr - $169,000.00/yr What you’ll do Influential Communication: Possesses knowledge of verbal/nonverbal behaviors, application, and allocation of business communication styles and techniques in ambiguous and challenging situations. Uses situational awareness, communication channels, medium, interpersonal skills, and universal relationship building to communicate credibly and concisely in an interdivisional/interdepartmental setup. Presents to and influences team members, customers, and clients, conveying complex information clearly and accurately while addressing ambiguity constructively. Independently assembles and prepares reports, materials, and storylines that have a structure and logical flow and are based on relevant fact‑based information. Influences team members and leaders to take action based on sound recommendations. Seeks and provides constructive feedback, anticipates needs, questions, and responds appropriately. Market and Customer Analysis: Possesses knowledge of data gathering and reporting tools, market data sources, and customer behavior analysis methodologies. Uses customer analytics to forecast performance for specific product lines or services, advises team members on key benefits/drawbacks and rationales for using customer analytics to predict trends. Creates business analysis reports from customer analytics extracts, evaluates market data sources and indicators, and advises on ongoing and planned market activities and their implications. Evaluates key assumptions and variables that factor into market research conclusions, recommends strategies to senior management based on results, and compares website performance against key performance indicators. Implements web tools to quantify website traffic changes following launches of events, promotions, and campaigns, measuring potential audience opportunity, share of voice, visibility, and buzz comments versus the internet as a whole. Partnerships: Possesses knowledge of communication channels, team dynamics, and organizational ways of working. Analyzes stakeholder needs and partners with stakeholders to share relevant information, solve business problems, and synergize efforts. Brings ideas and solutions proactively to the business, influences outcomes, and assists in communicating shared goals. Actively listens, seeks and provides constructive feedback, and provides ideas and recommendations on processes. Site Structure Management: Possesses knowledge of search engine optimization, site structure, taxonomy, and web analytics tools. Translates research insights and metrics into actionable recommendations that inform site design and business strategy. Utilizes multiple tools and methods for monitoring and assessing SEO performance. Implements and operates basic functions of SEO tools (e.g., keyword explorer, web analytic tools) and participates in keyword management from discovery to action for specific products or services. Applied Business Acumen: Possesses knowledge of industry and environmental factors and business practices across two or more domains such as finance, marketing, sales, technology, business systems, and human resources. Provides recommendations to solve complex business issues, develops business cases for projects with projected ROI or cost savings, translates business requirements into project activities, and serves as an interpreter to connect business needs with tangible solutions. Recommends new processes and ways of working. Project Management: Possesses knowledge of project management tools, techniques, methodologies, tracking dashboards, and communication management. Develops, prioritizes, and coordinates work plans, reviews schedules, costs, milestones, communications, and documentation, follows methodologies by tracking work and holding teams accountable. Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies, prioritizes and resolves critical issues, creates communication plans, and minimizes the impact of changes. Problem Formulation: Possesses knowledge of big data analytics, automation techniques, precedence, and use cases. Analyzes business problems, questions assumptions, identifies root causes, and sets analytics goals and deliverables based on established success criteria, defining key metrics to measure progress and effectiveness. Data Visualization: Possesses knowledge of visualization guidelines and best practices for complex data types. Generates appropriate graphical representations of data and model outcomes, understands customer requirements, and designs representations for multiple datasets. Works with UX designers and UI engineers as required to build front‑end applications, presents to and influences stakeholders, and mentors junior associates on storytelling techniques. Team Leadership: Coordinates and oversees job‑related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, building accountability and measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities, hires, trains, mentors, and recognizes associates while promoting a culture of belonging. Preferred Qualifications ECommerce Merchandising, Site Operations, Business Management, or related area; Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related area.
