Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Limited License Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in substance abuse, providing essential support to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care through individual and group therapy sessions, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Prefer experience in addiction/substance abuse. Strong skills in mental health counseling, patient care, clinical counseling, and social work practices. Proficiency in facilitating group therapy and individual group counseling sessions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Commitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries. CAADC or willingness to start a development plan. Proficiency in intake assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, utilization review, and case management.
