Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
  • Develop insurance quotes, present offerings and close sales.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Ability to achieve high sales targets
  • Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team!
Requirements

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

  • 2 Years Experience in Insurance Sales
  • Required General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Current or obtain Life & Health License within 30 days. (reimbursement eligible).
  • Positive, Energetic and Professional Demeanor.
  • Driven, Innovative, Productive, Confident and works well independently.
  • Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, handling customers needs promptly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English required, bilingual Spanish is a plus.
