Director of Sales – Walmart & Sam’s Club We’re conducting a confidential search on behalf of a global consumer products company known for its innovative, design‑forward household storage and organization brands. As Director of Sales, you will own and grow the Walmart and Sam’s Club businesses, overseeing all in‑store and digital channels including Walmart.com and Sam’sClub.com. This role offers full commercial responsibility and the opportunity to directly influence strategy, assortment, promotions, and digital execution. You’ll report to the Chief Sales Officer and manage a Sales Coordinator (backend systems, compliance, item setup) and an eCommerce Manager (digital strategy, content, and performance). This is a high‑visibility leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the Walmart and Sam’s Club business across in‑store and eCommerce channels. Build and execute annual sales and promotional plans to drive category and brand growth. Manage all retailer systems (Retail Link, Spark, IMN, Partners Online) ensuring flawless setup, compliance, and execution. Partner with Marketing and the eCommerce Manager to optimize digital content, SEO, pricing, and reviews to grow online performance. Oversee joint business planning, modular resets, and promotional calendars. Analyze retailer scorecards and KPIs to track progress and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Planning, Logistics, Design, Finance, and Marketing to deliver retailer‑specific strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop your direct reports (Sales Coordinator + eCommerce Manager). Qualifications 8+ years of sales experience in consumer products, within home organization, or general merchandise . Proven success managing Walmart and/or Sam’s Club accounts — both in‑store and online. Experience with Retail Link, Spark, IMN , and other vendor systems. Strong omni‑channel understanding — in‑store, digital, and marketplace. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strategic mindset with strong analytical and executional ability.
