WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
With a pay rate of up to $30 per hour , you're rewarded for your hard work and dedication to our team. Plus, we offer our team a variety of excellent benefits, including health insurance, paid time off (PTO), uniforms, holiday parties, and pay for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications . Additionally, we provide this entry-level automotive position with a birthday meal . The typical schedule for this auto repair job is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM .
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER AS AN AUTO TECHNICIAN - MECHANIC
In this entry-level auto repair position, you have the opportunity to fully utilize your diagnostic skills to ensure that all types of vehicles are repaired to the highest standard. As you work on each vehicle, you clearly communicate any necessary repairs to our service writers. With your ability to communicate effectively, our team is able to provide exceptional customer service by keeping our clients informed every step of the way. You love working in a fast-paced environment where each day is different!
WHAT'S REQUIRED TO BE AN AUTO TECHNICIAN - MECHANIC?
To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you need to have excellent communication skills to be able to clearly explain issues to both the service writer and the customer.
